Sorry that I have not posted in a while. I have been quite busy with other projects. We have demolished the pigeon coup, cut the wood into small pieces and put it out for the trash. We are having the 12x20 shed in the back yard taken out and we are replacing it with a new steel building. I gave the old building to a friend, and they will be moving it on Friday. 
We have loaded all the contents of the old building into a borrowed horse trailer and containers in the back yard. I moved the travel trailer out of the way so the old building can go out the back gate. I ordered a new steel building that will be delivered and put in the same place. An electrician unhooked the old building and will return to electrify the new one. The old building had brick and concrete steps up to it, and I supervised as my roomate broke them up with a sledge hammer! We will put the pieces out in the garbage at little at a time. This is a major project and only the first of many things that I need to get done around the house. Everyone in the household in pitching in and that makes it a lot easier. Also, it is nice to have everyone working together on a project.

Looks like you have your work cut out for you! I'm sure it will look nice once you get all these projects completed. Great that everybody is pitching in to help.
